ORDER TURN-AROUND TIME
Normal orders: 1—48 hours on weekdays.
Custom orders: 1—3 weeks depending on the item.
We ship very quickly Mon-Fri, often within a couple hours of receiving your payment, but always within 3 business days. Weekends around here are a bit more flexible, but we always check the order notes and party dates you give us to ensure we don't miss your deadline. :)
On occasion, we do run out of stock of certain sizes and that may delay shipment by 1-2 weeks. If that happens, we will email you right away to let you know and work on a solution that works for you. Please let us know when the date of your party is and we'll make sure that we get your order to you in time!

Shipping does not cover custom/import fees. Unfortunately we have about zero percent control over that part of the process. Tracking information for your purchase is provided via email when your order ships.

If you are unsatisfied with your experience for any reason, we will gladly issue you a full refund (excluding shipping cost) or exchange within 60 days of your order date. Please note that damaged items will be returned to the sender so we ask that you ship your order back with the same care that it was shipped to you.
